Returns & Refunds

We love our jewellery, and we want you to love it too. We know it can be tricky when buying online, especially as you don't get to try it on first, so our motto is this: If you're not happy, we're not happy - and we want to make things right for you.

We don't want you to be stuck with something you aren't happy with. If you change your mind after receiving your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the cost (less the shipping) on return of the undamaged item.  We'd suggest returning it in its original packaging to help ensure it reaches us safely. You may also wish to purchase insurance from your post office, or from a third party insurer, in case it goes missing on its way back to us.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.

Please be aware that for any customised orders which include personalised engraving or for which we have had to special-order gemstones or other non-stock components, we can not always offer a return option with a full refund if you have changed your mind.

If the item you received is faulty, or if you received something other than what you ordered, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that most of our patterned rings can not be resized seamlessly, and may be better remade in the correct size.

We don't believe our responsibility ends when we put your package in the post. If you have received your order but it has been damaged in transit, please contact us straight away so we can rectify this for you. Please keep the packaging, as photographs may be required by our insurer before a claim can be made.
