Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to ship listed items within 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding weekends) from the receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified in the item listing. All items are securely and attractively packaged so that they are ready for gifting. We also insure against loss or damage in transit.

Australian orders: Australia Post
- Registered Post: approximately 2-6 business days delivery depending on which state you're in. Tracking included. Signature required. 
- Express Post: overnight if you're in the Express network area, may take a little longer if you are not. Tracking included.

International orders: DHL Globalmail
- Once DHL Globalmail get the package to the delivery country they then hand it over to the local postal service (for example, USPS in America) who will finish the delivery. Usually 5-15 business days for delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery for most countries. If no one is home to accept delivery, the mail carrier will usually leave a card with more information, and take the package back to the post office for collection.

At the moment full tracking for international orders is available to the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

If you are in a different country, only limited tracking will be available online but further information can be obtained by contacting DHL Global Mail or your country's postal service with your tracking number and requesting a follow-up.

Shipping in the Asia-Pacific region (inc. NZ) tends to take 1-2 weeks

Occasionally mail can take longer depending on delays at customs, adverse weather conditions, errors within the postal service or other reasons beyond our control. If you have not received your order within 4 weeks of dispatch please let us know so that we can begin insurance claims as needed. After 90 days we may not be able to lodge an insurance claim, so we ask you to contact us prior to this point.

Please note that all items dispatched to overseas buyers will have a customs form attached with a brief description of the goods. This includes the cost/value of the item. Depending on the laws of your country (most only impose duties on goods over a certain value) you may be charged an import duty. All import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, and we are unable to advise you whether import duties will be charged as this would vary on a case by case basis at the discretion of your country's customs officials.
