The gemstone is a 10mm x 10mm natural bloodstone cabochon cut into a pyramid shape. Traditionally bloodstone is associated with intuition, creativity, and protection. It is also known as heliotrope, a form of quartz that occurs mostly as opaque green jasper with inclusions of iron oxides. It's held in place in an closed-back eight pronged setting.
The ring is entirely sterling silver. The band is approximately 3mm wide (roughly 0.118") with a spiral pattern.
