Vesuvianite Engagement Ring, Leaf Pattern Band, Oxidised Silver Jewellery

The gemstone is an 8mm natural round vesuvianite cabochon that may contain some inclusions. This natural gemstone is an opaque olive green colour. Its name originates from Mount Vesuvius, where it was first discovered. It is also known as idocrase, and vessonite.

The ring is entirely sterling silver, with a band that's approximately 3mm wide and 1.6mm thick (roughly 0.118" x 0.062"), and a floral petal bezel setting for the stone. It has an oxidised finish. This isn't permanent and can be worn away with friction or repeated washing, revealing the lighter silver underneath. We include instructions on how to reoxidize your ring with each care kit.
